Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality phone and email support for above applications.
• Help small and medium sized businesses, learn about the our products.
• Troubleshoot technical problems.
• Opportunities to work on special projects, as needed.
• Plan and execute on-site client training.

• BS or equivalent experience.
• Excellent knowledge of our business applications.
• Relevant client service/customer support experience preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer applications skills.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in troubleshooting and solving technical problems for customers.
