By default, all our shared hosting servers filter and scan all incoming mail
versus a variety of DNSBL (DNS black list) spam filters. This includes but is
not limited to Spamcop.net, Spamhaus.org, and others. Any mail sent from an IP
address known by one of these services to be a spam source will bounce back to
the sender as undeliverable, with a message that has a web address (URL) with
more information. We have no control over what IPs are blocked, but the services
themselves are very reliable. Using them--they are on by default--will cut down
on a lot of the spam you will see and receive. However, if you wish to opt out
of the filtering for any reason, you can disable it for a specific email address
on your domain, or for the entire domain.
Go to your Control
Panel at:
http://[put your domain name here.com/cgi-bin/plusmail
Log-in and click on Spam Filter. you'll see a screen as below
