Standard FTP Settings When using WS_FTP download
here
- Create a new profile. To do this, click the w> button.
- Under Profile Name, enter your company name or simply your domain
name.
- Enter your ftp host for your web hosting account.
- Enter your login for your web hosting in the box corresponding
with User ID
- Enter your hosting account password in the field named Password.
Finally, make sure that the Anonymous box is not checked. You may
choose to select the box entitled Save Pwd this will store your password
for future use.
Now click the OK button near the bottom left of the window and you
will automatically be logged into your web hosting account via FTP.

We provide several freeware cgi-scripts which are provided "as is" and installed in working order. Customizations and changes in the scripts provided are not supported by our tech team.
CGI-script browser paths to the authors instructions for freeware script installations. The scripts will be active within 10 minutes of submission from webcontrol.

We donot support the usages and installation of any scripts we have not provided. You are free to install any cgi's within our policy guidelines.
If you are having a problem with the installation of a 3rd party script we can offer installation advise only. If you would like us to provide installation services for your script (cost applies), please contact our sales department.
Perl Modules
Our CGI scripts use a common base of Perl Modules, and we attempt to keep the most popular available for
hosting use. Those installed by default are listed at the bottom of this page. If a Perl module needed and is not listed below, we can help (additional cost). And you then have peace of mind that the installation will be performed quickly and efficiently (and properly). If you require professional installation of additional modules, please contact our sales department.

All freeware scripts are made available in working order when installed from webcontrol, we cannot offer help in customizing or trouble shooting scripts you choose to change. If you should decide to try to change default settings and
then the script becomes non functional just submit a reinstall from webcontrol to set it back as new.
